My Booking ID was[protected]. While making the booking, I had selected 3 people, including breakfast. However, during check-in, I was told that the booking was only for 2 people and I had to pay an additional amount for the 3rd person.
I came across a similar situation today. While booking a room at Fairfield by Marriott, Anjuna, Goa, I was booking a room including Breakfast & Dinner, however, when I moved ahead to the next page, it showed only Breakfast included.
This is deliberately cheating Customers, as Customers will rarely spot the omission on the next page, as they trust the website to not do this. I have screenshots of today's issue.
