Agoda — No booking confirmation given to hotel and payment deducted

3811/- INR debited from my HDFC account while trying to book a hotel on Agoda's website. The booking didn't confirm and did I receive any mail or information on why the booking didn't confirm and when I can expect my money to be refunded.
