I have booked the Indana palace hotel in agoda and from official hotel website and i stayed in the hotel. but you guys has deducted the amount without sending any notification without my knowledge which i was not aware of so this is clearly fraud without otp you deducted. requesting you to reverse the amount Was this information helpful? |
