Sir, I had booking in hotel Sarovara Inn Chennai on 28 and 29 may. I reached hotel morning at 8 am and hotel reseptionist as they are saying check in time is 12 noon. I have contacted Agoda customer care. Agoda is saying hotel denied for refund hence they can't refund.
