Agoda travel agency, booking id[protected], booking date - 12.8.22-13.8.22, amount paid - 1285.09, late night 12.30 reach outside hotel and it was closed from inside and all were sleeping, one person came and said no room available and hotel declined the agoda booking twice, but they forcefully rebooked and hotel denied my check in.
i complaint four time in their app with customer care and they did not resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
