[Resolved] Aircel — 3g data not provide and talk value deduct

I have recharge on 2nd Oct on mobile [protected] Rs 128/- for 1.5gb 3g data and Rs 300 /- for talk value 350 and Rs 34/- for rate cutter and i have used only up to 1.1gb 3g data and more than 200/- talk value balance in my mobile account but current time no data available and talk value is nil so please give me rest 500 mb data and my talk value immidieatly.

Updated by rajesh k sharma jhs And I have lodge a complaint also by mobile [protected] on 198 at 10.04pm on 23rd Oct 2016 but not proper response by aircel call centre. So my data and my talk value return immidieatly.

We would like to inform you that as checked amount of Rs. 214/- got deducted from your number as used internet on 23/10/2014 without internet pack so the amount o[censored]sing internet is not eligible for refund.
