Hi, Please call [protected] ( Aircel Customer care number), i tried this number before mentioning it to you, and it is working absolutely fine. Please check the Aircel website for more details. iam madhan raj.iam in ambattur,last two weeks before i took a aircell prepaid card to the nearest retailer in ambattur.i pay 150 for that and recharged for rs 99,the customer care person call to the mobile and ask to submit a id proof and one photocopy to the aircell office .already i submitted one id proof(ration card)and one photo to the retailer.here the aircell office is in perambur.i didnt had any job to go to perambur.the customer care person will tell me,if i didnt submit the proof(once again)they will cutoff the service.for selcting aircell card wether i have to loss 249 rupees?
Aircel — No response from Customer care
Sir,I am having Aircel mobile No for the last six months. Always when i calling after 6 pm to 11 pm there is noi outgoing call is going. i followed with Aircel customer care for the last 3 months. but thers is no respaonse and solution from Aircel. If they are not clearing the customer problem in prpoer time then there is no meaning to say that we have most cuastomers in chennai circle.

This is manoj, i am working as a sales officer in asian ppg industries limited. last april(2008) i bought air cel post paid connection at RAM Cel dindigul, Each and every month my bill was more than Rs.1800.Now my credit limit is 1400 only . Already i deposited Rs.1000, But before month beginning my out going was barred, its very very interrupt & disoppointed for me.Each and every month i paid my bill amount on or before 6th(check it), kindly increase my credit limit as much as possible.

IVRS service very poor, I tried again & again to solve my problem, I couldn'tcontact the service assistant a long very very very poor customer service...
Am totally disappointed the way your call centre respond to customers. Mine is a prepaid connection and am finding problem in making and receiving calls. Added to that, i feel irritated with your ivr calls coming in from your 5 digit no. and [protected]. These calls are received atleast thrice or four times a day. Don't you all try to check whether the customer is interested or not in receiving such ivr calls on ur product. First pls enroll a person to give us a response in case we call with some problem. There's no option for complaints from prepaid customer in ur ivr. The call centre response is pathetic and 0 ownership. They are not even bothered to ask what the problem is, but to simply put us on hold and silently disconnect. Don't you all have a quality check on your people and on customer issues or you simply pay them. My aircel experience is becoming poor day by day and am very unhappy on your service and response.
