[Resolved]  Aircel — 3G data pack speed only 16kbps in 3G service area

Sir, I have recharge on 06/01/2014 for 3G Data pack by Rs.447/- vide:Txn No. KOR[protected] to Recharge MRP 447 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 0 INR, P.F 397.83 INR, Service.Tax 49.17 INR. I have used only 2 GB data, But from 15/01/2014 the speed falls to 16kbps only though I am in the 3G service area. My 3G Sim No [protected], Service provider is AIRCEL. Name- Gautam Kumar Maiti, my mobile No-[protected].
