Aircel — 3G not working

Hello Aircel Team, i was using your connection for the last two year, previously i was in Bangalore now am in Coimbatore, This month i did recharge of 447 3G plan ( 3 month 3G, every month 2gb 3G then unlimited 2G), but after working for few days now my 3G stopped working, nothing is working browsing download nothing, am getting 403 error then Service not Available error, if i change my network mode to 2G then it my Internet is working, but i had paid for 3G plan so why should i use 2G data, i want this problem to solve as quickly as possible, i did try to communicate with your customer care, but they also failed to help me, i am really not satisfied with your service and support, please solve my issue quickly otherwise i have to change my Operator.
