[Resolved] Aircel — 3G SERVICE NOT WORKING | |||
My mobile number [protected] (aircel). I activated 3g pack today morning. I used the internet in 3G TOWER but the internet is only working on 2G service. So i asked guidance from aircel customer care. They are not responding to my questions and clearing my problems. They are not giving clear remedies for my problem. I contacted aircel nearest store but they are replying they cant do anything because its techanical fault of service provider. This problem started before 2 months. Daily i'm contacting to customer care still now they cant clear my problem. Poor response and techanical problem of service provider made me head pain. So please take necessary steps if not i will file a case. Was this information helpful? | |||
