[Resolved] Aircel 3G Service — Worst Customer service, uncivilized and arrogant behavior | |||
The AIRCEL Center in OMR is worst in the way they handle customers. They gave a number to contact which no one picks up. If you visit the center for a query the person (Mr.Vinoth ) says, "I am not here to answer your questions". The lady who called me to remind about the bill cuts the phone before we can end the conversation (Nov 6th). The center made me visit 5 times but didn't process the letter that i gave them. I don't know how many more times i need to visit them. The customer care attendants in the center treats the customers as thought we are his debtors. Intimidating, arrogant and uncivilized way of handling customers. dear all, If you are a gentle man stay away from AIRCEL @ OMR Chennai.
