Aircel — About unresolved complaint and unethical practices | |||||
I have registered a complaint to Aircel but my complaint has not been resolved. But got message from aircel that complaint has been resolved . Has been trying to call aircel on 198 since 4 days. But whenever I call on 198 they will always say please be online as our agents are on other call. And then the call will disconnect saying that we are experiencing heavy traffic. I wonder that whenever I call aircel they are experiencing heavy traffic. Even if iam calling at 9.00am or at night 11.55pm. This is pure unethical and unfair practice of aircel towards their customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
