[Resolved]  Aircel — above 200 deducted from my account

I had recharged my mobile on 17/09 with 222 for with the promo balance I got is 250. I have not even used 50rs from the balance and all of a sudden on 27 night when i tried calling, there is no balance, when I called customer care they speak like they are CEOs of company, they just say that YOU HAVE USED AND WE HAVE CHARGED. I am very new user for Aircel. and this is the second time am facing the problem with improper charging. If I don't get refund. I am gonna throw this sim for ever. I wrote to your customer care mail Id regarding the same concern. what I got a revert from your team is:::

would like to inform you that we have verified your account details and
found that after consumption of 300MB 2G/3G
data you have browsed on 27/09/2014 without any data pack, hence it has
been charged as default tariff plan as 10ps/10kb.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund the amount regarding the same.

As mentioned in mail that I have used DATA of 300MB on 27/09 but I am attaching a proof for your reference. and shocking this is that I have Internet package of rupees 37 activated and which ended on 27/09 itself.

Thanks for your lies and harassment. Each time I will get a new story 1) when I called your call center first time your agent says that "YOU HAVE SPOKE TO DIFFERENT NUMBERS FOR 600Mins so we have charged you". 2) secondly you says on mail that you has used DATA without any Internet pack activated 3) PI 37 is activated on your number but you have used excess then your pack thats why we have charged you.


How funny people you are. I don't have any expectation from you people.

Finally thanks again for your harassment. BYE. BYE. AIRCEL... :)
OOPS !! My friend had recharged my account with 279 without my notice. So I have to live with Aircel for a week again ...Sad :(
