[Resolved]  Aircel — Activating value added services

Hi, Yesterday around at 9:00PM I got a Message on my aircel no. [protected] stating that: “ Thank you for your request to subscribe to Dazzling queens for 4 days. You have been charged Rs.20and the same will be auto renewed after 4 days.” But I didn’t do anything. Could you please deactivate it? Could you please stop this permanently? Thanks Umesh Gupta

Thanks for sharing your concern with us. To deactivate any VAS service, you can just type STOP and send it to 155223 OR you can call on our toll free number 155223.

Dear umeshniss,

We have refunded Rs 20/- towards deduction on 21st for VAS service and deactivated as well to avoid further deduction.
