Hi,
Myself Subhash Chakraborty, a senior citizen is facing unwanted deductions in my mobile phone subscription (Mobile no- [protected]).My Provider is Aircel. From last week a caller tune has been set on my mobile although I had never opted for it.It's quite disturbing for people who call on my phone.Request you to please look into this matter and prevent this unwanted deductions in my phone account like this in future

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Pradosh Mitra,

As per our concerned team, balance of Rs.30 got deducted on 25/7/2016 for activation of VAS service. The service has been deactivated & Rs.30 credited in your account on 19/9/2016.
