Aircel — Again Balance Deduction

Dear Sir/Mam, I don't want to write here anything but i think that Aircel has been targeted me to this. This news will make you happy that once again Rs 30 has been deducted from my main account balance yesterday. After then i call to customer support service on 198 they called me to call back after 4 hours now when i m calling to them you will happy to know that i can't connect with Aircel customer support service. I called from a other aircel number they again said to call back after 4 hours and disconnected the call. So may I hope that you will help me. One more thing i have got 3 messages that i have been subscribed masti mall on my number which was not subscribed by me and i have called customer service at that time they said me that no service have been activated on my number. At that time there was zero balance in my main account because i had balance in promo account. So do the needful Regards Ankit Agraj [protected]

I will request you to improve your customer support service because they are very rude to give us service they disconnect the call during conversation and after that i can't connect call to them.
