[Resolved] Aircel — Again have new subscription without my knowledge. | |||||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have again received new subscription automatially. This is the service provided by aircel. From two consecutive days I am keep on complaining for my previous complain which has not resolved till yet nit even I am able to contact customer executive and now I have received new one. I have received 7 messages regarding to solve my issue but not got resolved yet. Here, I am attaching some snapshot to provide you clear information. With regards Vishal Kumar. Aircel — Pathetic service
You guys need training on how to speak and what to speak. Pathetic communication. Forget about English even Hindi language is a big problem. Worst costumer care service ever. Spoke to three different agents and all were so numb.
