Aircel — Aircel Balance Deduction for no reason | |||
Hi on 24/5/2015 I activated Rs. 2 Internet pack which have 10MB data for 1 day. After activating I was surfing on the google & wikia only. No download happened. I suddenly saw aircel deducted Rs. 10 for no reason. I instantly called 198. They are told me that i have download or visited paid site. There was no other service was activated. Being unsatisfied i visited local aircel store. They told me complained is filed, within 72 hrs you will get refund. After passing more than 4 days i called aircel customer care again & they again gave me same excuse. I didn't download anything, neither activated any service, nor visited any paid site, simple google & wikia, while doing all this my MB limit wasn't crossed. So why they cut my balance & constantly denying to refund & giving me lame excuses. I have been using aircel more than 4 years. Now i'm extremely fed up with their service. Cheaters!
