[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel - Balance deduction unnatural & rude behavier of your customer representative | |||
Myself N. Islam my phone number is [protected] Since last two month Aircel operator continuously deducted balance from my main account balance for nonsense VAS service activation but I couldn't activate all that vas services or Aircel never ask for my confirmation.When I call to the customer care representative for resolution they first time told me that " there have some problem in system so they can't see anything in system so call them letter"..after some hours later I called them again but they said same things.. then I called them again for some hours later but after that they blocked my number, so I can't connect the call to the customer care number...I tried soo many times to connect the call but the same things happened. After that I have no option soo I called them from another phone number. They received the call but they can't resolve my problem and behaved very rudely & uncultured person.after that I told to the representative to transfer the call to the senior but the representative still shouting on me & behave like a dog..they have no sense how to speak with the customer & hanged up the call on my face..they deducted above 150 rupees from my account balance. I got only 25 rupees. I want my money back to my phone..soo plzzz help me out.. Also on dated 27/07/15 I have recharge rupees 10 through Net banking, still I haven't receive any recharge confirmation SMS nor balance from Aircel, but rupees 10 has been deducted from my bank A/C. Why????????????????????????????? snapshot enclosed. I am your customer since 2008 & I am recharging above Rupees 500 per month and also my family member have another two Aircel number they are also recharging above Rs. 200 per month. This is your quality!!! We are don't accept your representative attitude... I think your Customer representative holding Government high ranking position & we are their poor needy servant..this is very very bad for your brand.
