Helloo sir, mera aircel mobile no [protected] hai. mera aircel 3g net 11 a.m. ke baad kaam nhi krta. 1 v web page open nhi hota. mai iske regarding 12/11/16 ko 9:15 p.m. k baad bahut baar customer care ko call kiya but kisi ne meri complent nhi li. 1st customer care ka naam sikandar tha jo wnhone kha ki " 3g balance hai? main balance hai? data pack hai? etc. last me bola ki aapka 3g sim hi nhi hai. 2nd baar call kiye to yahi sikandar call receve kiya. 3rd me jo customer care call receve kiya wo gprs dipatment ko tansfar kiya. or gprs dipatment call receve kr k disconnect kr diya. 4th me v jo customer care call receve kiya wo gprs dipatment ko tansfar kiya. or gprs dipatment call receve kr k disconnect kr diya. 5th me jo customer care call receve kiya wo bola " kya prob hai" jab hamne prob bataya to wsne bola dekhenge or bol k call disconnect kr diya or hame black list me daal diya. jo 198 pe call hi nhi lag raha. aircel customer care unhelpfull. iss complanet ko kisi sinior officer ko tansfor kiya jaye. my aircel no- [protected] other contect no - [protected] thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

For what purpose can promo balance be used in aircel prepaid sim card? I had recharged through paytm and it shows in the balance check that it is promo balance. Do help.

We would like to inform you that PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS and internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service. Also, PF balance (promo balance) can not be transferred to main balance.
