I have purchased a new Aircel SIM card and recharged it with one time recharge 444. which comes with 6 GB 3G data with the validity of 3 month. I have used about 1.5 GB in about 1 week and it worked fine at 3G speed. From last two days the speed has never crossed 75Kbps on 3G network, it is slower then usual 2G speed. I called at 198 on 28th Oct. customer care representative asked me to recharge my account to place a complain, as i was not having any main balance in my account. so i recharged and tried to call at 198 again. but they blocked my number for 198. and i was not able to talk any representative. Today i called at 198 from another number of my friend and asked about my queries, they asked me to do some manual setting and then to try. and i tried as they said, but problem sill exists and as they usually do they blocked this number too. so i have no other way to contact to them. note: i don't have any network problem in my area.
