[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel deactivation of aircel sim | |||
Dear aircel. Mobile no :- [protected] i bought the sim from my hometown kolkata. I have been using the sim since 2012. Now due to inactivity for last few months as i was in other city the incoming call facility has been stopped and also no sms are incoming and there is no signal. The sim is deactivated. Moreover the main problem that i'm facing is that i have used this numbers for all type of verifications like social media account, bank accounts etc. Now i need my number to login into mail and social accounts. Verified Support May 15, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer (isinghamit), In reference to your query, we would like to update you that we have checked your account details and found that your number has been suspended under ZMU policy as per TRAI guidelines.
