[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel deducting unnecessary balance after recharging promo

This is pathetic experience with aircel i am recharging rate cutter rs.47 on 20.8.2016 at 1.12pm on this number [protected] txn no. Kor[protected] after massage receive for "successfully recharge now all local mobile calls to any network at 1.2p/2sec" no promo has activate by aircel when i am calling after 4pm they are charging 1.35p per minute & i had talk with customer care executive mr. Provas he had provide me the complaint number : [protected] & he told me like every time at this moment our server has gone down so call again latter after 2 hours i am call again & mr. Biswajit singh provide me a lol solution, the solution is your retailer not properly recharge kindly recharge again this is solution if not properly recharge then how the massage will come. Kindly take a necessary action for this.

As per system check, your balance got deducted Rs.1.35 for outgoing call to this(sample number:-72781#####) on 8/20/2016 9:01:57 PM, call duration 54 sec, before balance Rs.20.42 & after balance Rs.19.07, call charges as per base rate @2.5p/sec. So charging found correct.
