[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel duplicate Sim card not activated | |||||
I have purchased a duplicate sim card of Aircel for one of my number [protected] on March 23, 2017. But till on this date I am not able to make any calls and send messages from my sim. Every time I try to make a call it says "This facility is not available on your number". I have contacted the customer care also they say that the sim is in active state but they dont know why calls are not being made.
