[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel duplicate Sim card not activated

I have purchased a duplicate sim card of Aircel for one of my number [protected] on March 23, 2017. But till on this date I am not able to make any calls and send messages from my sim. Every time I try to make a call it says "This facility is not available on your number". I have contacted the customer care also they say that the sim is in active state but they dont know why calls are not being made. Please solve this matter as I am very angry with the services of Aircel.

Please share your 20 digits SIM number so that we can look into the matter.

Also, you can visit the nearest Aircel store with your duplicate/replaced SIM card and the handset to get assistance in his regard.

i have visited the Aircel store also he suggested me to call 59059 but they say that it is your old number so call 121 or 198. But there all the customer care executives are so busy that from 24/03/2017 to 29/03/2017 my call has never been connected to customer care. And i cant make calls to any number, cant send text messages and cant receive calls. I have recharged my number also but didnt receive message instead balance got credited to account.
Please resolve this matter on priority basis if you dont want to loose your customers. As i dont have any other mobile operator to make calls except aircel at this time.
