Aircel — Aircel misguide me through SMS about service. My Name is Ashish Roy, Aircel no. 8013669931
My Name is Ashish Roy, Aircel no. [protected]. I have received many SMS from Aircle and last on 31.12.15 at 19.52 full sms: " PI 116 = 1GB 3G Data ! Recharge now with PI 116 and Get immediately 500MB 3G/2G Data for 28 days AND Get Extra 524MB 3G/2G Data within 12hrs. Recharge today" I have done a easy recharged with Rs. 116 on 31.12.15 at 20.05. but i have got only 500MB. after calling customer care they toll this offer for only new sim (with in 90 day). But I am using aircel near about 2 year. So why Aircel sms send me? In the SMS no trams & condition was written or no any * marks. It is a foul play with me. they Cheat me with SMS. I want justice.
