Aircel — Aircel New Prepaid connection failed and lost 130 rs | |||
Dear Sir/Madam. I tried to get new Aircel Connection with mobile number [protected] 10 days ago. It is still not activated yet. Retailer refused to do anything. So I specially went to yervda office in Pune. But security guard did not allow me to meet madam in the office. I requested, but he called madam and gave my number and reply was that it was rejected. Then I asked reason. She replied that your ref no. verification failed. This is to note that I gave my friend ref. no and he has received call from aircel on 18/05/2015 between 3-7 PM. and my verification is done. Still my card is not activated and wrong reason provided me. Another thing is that I bought it in 130 rupees. Aircel denies that after rejection they don't get any money and you should contact retailer and retailer replies that aircel charges for sim card. So in this way I am not able to get my money back neither from aircel nor from retailer. So please see this matter deeply and activate my aircel card or give my money back.
