When i make a call before the ring tone i am getting various kinds of offers for aircel sims n recharge methods before i get the ring tone. How to avoid these offers and get the ring tone directly. This frustrates me and also when there is medical urgency we feel extremely pressurized. Pl rectify this immediately and let me make calls free from promotional offers.
