Aircel — Aircel - pack activation without customer request

Last week had filed a complaint"https://www.consumercomplaints.inaircel-pack-activation-without-customer-request-c1024105" againt aircel for activating missed call activation pack without my request and debedting my balance after which they refunded my deducted balance. but again today i got same sms saying missed call alert pack activated on my number and changed my RS5. i had never requested for such missed call alert or any other service. Kindly look into the matter this has happed twice within 5 days now i want my deducted amount back. my number is [protected].ivate al kindly deactivate all VAS services and make sure in future you dont activate these service without customer request.I want balance deducted from my account back
