Last week had filed a complaint"https://www.consumercomplaints.inaircel-pack-activation-without-customer-request-c1024105" againt aircel for activating missed call activation pack without my request and debedting my balance after which they refunded my deducted balance. but again today i got same sms saying missed call alert pack activated on my number and changed my RS5. i had never requested for such missed call alert or any other service. Kindly look into the matter this has happed twice within 5 days now i want my deducted amount back. my number is [protected].ivate al kindly deactivate all VAS services and make sure in future you dont activate these service without customer request.I want balance deducted from my account back Was this information helpful? | |||
