Aircel — aircel pocket internet pack activated without my knowledge | |||
Dear Sir, I am Peter from chennai like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated pocket internet pack without any information for which they had deducted Rs.99/. when I called to customer care they accepted and send a complaint number 1-[protected]. But i havnt got any update on that or the refund. This is happening to me every month. Last month they activated sayari pack and i filed a complaint. Thanking You. Post check validation regarding your Aircel no.[protected]. We have found deduction Rs 99 on 21/06/2015 for VAS STORE99 (Activation) through WAP. On 24/06/2015 amount already has been credited in your A/C on the basis of Sr1-[protected].
Please let us know for further assistance.

Can u deactivate all VAS like sayari, music, PI etc..., if anyone is active.
