Aircel — Aircel service providers provide me wrong information. | |||
Dear sir, Aircel mobile service provider automatically active a caller tune on 07/05/2016 by deducting rs 29 from my balance. I contact with their complain help line no (198) on that day. They inform me that server is down so, they can't provide me the information and told me to contact after 2 hours. But after my request they told me to contact next day (08/05/2016) for refund my balance. But today (08/05/2016) when i contact with them again, they told me the same information that their server is down and told me to contact after 2 hours. Sir please help me.
