The worst customer care ever. They don't even listen to whatever you have to speak. My phone is 3 G enabled but I recharged with 2G internet pack. But when I browsed it seems the data downloaded in 3G over 2G and they sucked out my balance . The moment I contacted them, the customer care executive says you are not eligible for 2G internet pack, then why the hell did I get recharged successfully despite the fact they know that my number is in 3G. They are just lametards acting dumb. poorest management and they just suck out poor customer's hard earned money. They do the same with every villager in the name of auto subscription to their so called value added services without their consent. people don't use this carrier, it will just fool you and they don't value their customers.
