[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel sim not activated | |||
Hi My name is yogesh bagaria I bought a new aircel sim on[protected] The aircel number i bought is : [protected] I was assured that the sim will be activated by 18th of april 2016 However it was activated on 19th I was asked to call 59059 To enjoy unlimited services And confirm my name, my father's name and my address I did the same And while calling 59059 i clearly selected the language english to be communicated in But the customer service executive communicated in telugu When i confirmed him the details which were required He asked me an irrelevant question which i didn't understand because of the way he was communicating The executive then asked me to be on hold And he started talking to his senior without keeping the call on mute from his side which was very unprofessional I was then assured that the sim will be activated in 2 hours But it hasn't been activated yet I tried calling 59059 and customer service But i'm unable to make any outgoing calls It is very disappointing to see such a service from aircel I hope you look into this matter and reach me as soon as possible And also i suggest you to improve your team! We regret the inconvenience caused. We have checked your account and found that connection has been activated on 21st Apr’16. We would like to inform you that you have received the benefits of FRC 56 on 22nd Apr’16, which provides Aircel to Aircel local and STD calls at 15p/min for 90 days, Aircel to other local and STD calls at 25p/min for 90 days, 500MB 3G/2G (167 MB * 3 months ) is limited data only and Rs.37 talktime in the main account. We request you to check the FR benefits by dialing USSD code-*126*7#.
Further to this concern, we would request you to set the preferred language by selecting the option of language change on IVR (121)
