Aircel — Aircel Social team could not resolve 2 months old complaint yet

On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair balance deduction. Now on 24 may i received message stating that my complaint is resolved but still i am being charged for data service from my main balance. Pathetic service. Even by aircel social team it was registered again with complaint no. 1-[protected] but not resolved yet. I want my data pack that i paid rs. 123 for 500 mb, along with my balance which was deducted. I dont remember the exact amount which was deducted as it was deducted in various slots but the total amount deducted was around 100 rs. I have not yet received my data of 500 mb and if i switch on internet connection i am being charged. Now they said they changed the plan.. That too got changed on 26 may and i recharged on 23 may. How come i did not get the old benefit..In fact nothing.. Its been more than 20 days for this complaint and they neither gave me any waiver.. Nor a solution.. Worst service even by social care team

We would like to inform you that as you have done the recharge RC_123 on date 23rdMay’16 and got the complete benefit (Local Aircel 2 Aircel Unlimited Free (12AM – 6 AM), Data Unlimited Free* (12AM – 6AM) (500 MB FUP), Unlimited Video Download from defined content link, Validity 14 days as plan has been revised and you had access GPRS in midday for which you has been charged as per base rate i.e. 10p/10kb from main account the charges are found correct hence no waiver applicable for the Same.

Who will intimate customers for sudden revise of the plan that customer is always recharging for data pack. Also I recharged on 23 May for 123 while the plan was revised on 26 May. I should have got the benefit of older plan for which the complaint was also taken twice. I want my money back.

No.. You are wrong. I did not get the right benefit. Because you changed the plan benefits on 26 May and I recharged on 23 May so I should get old benefits which I didn't get. Hence you should refund.

There is no issue found at our end.

And why I was not informed about change of this plan' benefits being the fact I have been recharging with this amount every month from a long time ? Isn't that cheating customer' money?
