[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel stealing customers money

Hi,
Aircel has taken 90 rupees from my account within last 4 days saying that i have activated some service but i did not activate anything. The customer care don't have any idea on what service i have activated. From the way they talk i am very sure that they are not trained to be customer care executives. This kind of fraud activity by aircel is happening for quite some time.

2)07-Aug 2016-07:54 AM Thank you for choosing Youthnama at RS.50.0, you have be charged RS.50.0 for 15 days. to Unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223.

3) 01-Aug-2016-10:04 AM --Thank you for choosing SILK at RS.10.0, you have be charged RS.10.0 for 2 days. to Unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223. To enjoy your service http://silk69.in/dld.php.

I am so sure that I haven't activated any of these service even by mistake.

Now I am so sure that Aircel is definitely doing some fraud business. Again yesterday you took Rs. 45 from my account and today morning Rs. 50.. All this service activation at 10 AM and 8 PM.
And you won't refund anything. Do you really think I am a fool?

Hi,
Whats wrong with Aircel, even on 14-Aug you took Rs.99 for activating Youthnama and again Rs.99 for WWESUBS.
Its totally frustrating and I am already on the process to switch to some good network. Please hire call center executives and supervisors with some good manners.

Yesterday Aircel refunded Rs.99 and again today morning you took it back for Activating Pocket-game. I ll switch to another network in a week. please don't disturb me like this at least for a week.
