Hello, Today I received a msg like that" thank you for choosing pocket store fortnightly at Rs 49. You have been charged Rs 49 for 15 days" Im not activating this service and I d'nt need this service Anymore. So Pls deactivate this service and get back the amount as soon as possible in my main balance.. deducted my balance... When i spoke with customer care executive then i didn't got proper response one person has given excuses that technical problem is there after 2 hours contact...Another one was not ready to give detail of my balance deduction and when i asked him to transfer the call to senior executive then he didn't transfer...Got disappointed...I request to you to take immediate action against of this Thanking you Best Regards, Mohit jain Mob:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
