AIRCEL has cut my 76 rs last month. since then i called them many times but their customer care is not answering it, they hang the call in between. I sent many emails but they are not answering it properly and not giving my money back. They gave me free internet 100 mb for downloading aircel app. ut neither in app nor in the message they informed it is for 3 days only so when i used internet on 4th day, all my balance cut. Tell me how will anybody know it is for 3 days when you are not showing it anywhere. my number is [protected].

We would like to inform you that we have checked your account detail and found that you have received the 100 MB 2G data on date 5th Oct’16 and which was valid till 7th Oct’16 but you have access internet post data validity expiration for which which you have been charged from main account balance Rs.76.40/- which is correct and accurate as per the usage Further, we apologize it would not be possible to provide credit towards the same.

Furthermore we would like to clarify that you can check the data balance and validity detail by the dialing *133# and follow the option.
