Aircel — Amount deducted- without activating any pack | |||||
Hi, On 5-10-15, I got a call from aircel customer, I just pick the call, my 30 rupees balance deducted, and I received a msg as thanks for subscribing joke pack. I have not activated any pack, for picking the call my 30 rupees deducted, 3 times I called to customer care, they told within 24 hours amount will be refunded, but till today[protected], I have not received my deducted amount. We would like to inform you that, We have verified your account details and found balance depleted for Daladeal30 Service and charged Rs.30/-. Service activated through WAP on 42281 waiver posted for Rs. 30/- as one time good will gesture and service deactivated.
