Aircel — Amount deducted without any reason

My mobile no is [protected]. On date 09/10/2014 around 143 Rs/- are deducted from my account. I made complaint to there customer care no.198 and register complaint.(Complain no :1-[protected]).A message from company come to me written"we shall revert to you by 11/10/2014". But no amount was refund till now. If we are contacting you through phone response is not satisfactory. Regards VIKAS VERMA
