I have made a online recharge of amount rs.204 on 4th of march.The transaction got failed but as usual the amount got debited from bank account.I have been following with the aircel customer care for more than 10 days still didn't get any proper response.The worst part is the customer care line even is not reachable from yesterday.
Noone in customer care department is responding in proper manner and not taking any consecutive steps.When i try to log a complaint whenever i call they say application is down and we can't raise a complaint now.After repeated calls i was able to register a copmpalint at midnight 12 am on 16th march.The expected closing date of complaint is 19th march but without any proper intimation or resolving they have closed the complaint on 17th march evening that too without my consent.This is the worst part they played in their entire drama.If they are unable to resolve a complaint and close as they wish what is the necessity in registering a formal compalint.
I dont understand the problem in refunding the amount debited when the transaction got failed. Was this information helpful? |
