I have recharge my number [protected] yestrday with Rs.150/-.Now in my account only Rs.6/- is showing in balance. Why you making customers frustated.Should i change my number or what i will do.Please mark customer care number also beacuse at 121 you IVR is not asking to tranfer call to customer care executive.Review my issue and arrange a refund in my account. Dear Team,

Yes we have used 2G services on dated 24.04.2015 but i got message of Rs.12.80/Has been deducted for net usage.Please deactivate my services.I don't want use your poor services.
