We would like to inform you that as per our records you have used the 2G data service on shared Aircel number [protected]on April 24, 2015 without any data pack and gets charged as per the standardtariff.Further we would like to clarify that as per the usage charges are correct and no adjustment is applicable for the same.

Yes we have used 2G services on dated 24.04.2015 but i got message of Rs.12.80/Has been deducted for net usage.Please deactivate my services.I don't want use your poor services.
