Aircel — Auto Activation of Package

Hi My name is Spandan Singh & my aircel phone number is [protected]. Yesterday i.e on 13/04/2015, I was charged Rs 35.0/- for aircel masti mail with autoactivation after 7days which i never asked for. I tried the VAS service deactivation number it says no vas activated and the message says auto renewal after 7 days without any hint of deactivation.when i tried contacting the aircel customer care, this time I found myself in a loop of press numbers and # or else representative is not available. This has been happening for few months now.I request you to kindly refund the amount back on my number and take proper responsibility about not going against the will of the customers. We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 13th
Apr 2015 at time 20:31:27 a content service "MASTIMALL" has been
subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP
and an amount of Rs 35 was deducted from your account towards
service subscription charges. However as per your request the
service has been deactivated from his number to avoid further renewal of
the service. Further considering your request and as a service
gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an
adjustment of Rs 35 which will be credited to your account within
next 24hrs.

Hi, I am Spandan and my aircel number is [protected]. My balance got deducted every now n then from my main balance. I have complained a many times and asked for renewal but the answer is always no and not possible. This time, again, I received a message "Thanks for subscribing to aircel ORIRC55, offer benefits will be provided shortly".Customer care number is hard to get connected and if ever gets connected, its with interrupted noisy line. Its very hard to talk, so i give up calling.The morning message or evening message comes with thanks for subscribing. It seems aircel scheme is "get full recharge plus extra and then get double or triple deduction on main balance" without any prior message. it has been happening for last few months and always happens as soon i recharge my sim and am totally frustrated. i would recommend people to go for other sims. its better to get Rs 5/- deducted from your account during recharge rather than getting Rs 55/- deducted later. Last time masti mall of Rs 35/- was deducted and after complaining in this forum Rs 30/- was recharged instead of rs 35/-. So please renew the actual amount deducted. Hope to receive a quick action.
