Aircel — Auto renewal services | |||
Aircel connection is worst. My aircel number is [protected] I subscribed for aircel 2/- rs. (10 mb) internet pack. Now it is getting auto renewed. Now if i try to deactivate autorenewal i couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my balance and i couldn't recharge. All services get auto renewed due to which we as a customer faces a lot of problem. When we try calling customer care it says all helpline are busy will contact you but till now i did not recieve any single call. This company charges people for unnecessary things.
