[Resolved] Aircel — Auto upgrade of my postpaid plan - without confirmation | |||
This is Thiyagesh. I am using aircel post paid and my number is [protected]. My actual plan was 200UL (1GB 3G and unlimited 2G) My plan has been upgraded to 299(Limited plan) without my confirmation. Also My internet as unlimited and it was changed to Limited without any notification. I called customer care service and the response is very horrible. If my plan Is getting changed, you have to call me and get my confirmation. If I am not ok with the up gradation, you should give a notice period of some 30 days to change for other options. Without anything all of sudden plan is changed and how can you expect customers to pay higher amount. (693 Rs bill amount in my case). I cannot pay the bill amount higher than my actual bill amount of 200+tax. I tried many times to customer care but they making me wait more than 30 mins and then dropping my call. This is one of the worst ever network I have used. How can you increase the bill amount all of sudden and how can you generate bill and send bill all of sudden?. I need reversal of my bill with in 2 working days ( all my extra amount). I have also charged with VAS which I called customer care in the last month bill to stop but they never did which caused the extra bill of Rs.224. I am ready to face this legally. How can you increase the amount while all other networks are giving internet for free? This is complete dissatisfaction from a customer who was very loyal to you in my past. You have to answer me regarding this? This has caused so much uneasiness and tension and I'm unable to work peacefully. I have been composing this mail for the past 50 mins in my office instead of working. PS: I cannot accept this. I am completely dissatisfied with the aircel service. Verified Support Sep 10, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear ThiyageshD, We have verified your number and found that plan has been migrated from New 3G Smart 250 Plan will be migrated to - New Plan - 299. As per the extensive market benchmarking we migrated the rentals and confirm that the benefits offered and the corresponding rentals are at par with industry standards. Hence we attached the new rentals to you to opt the best-fit plan. We verified your number and found that you were charged for 3G GPRS since you have exceeded the freebies and exceed 200 MB.
