[Resolved] Aircel — Automatic activated services and balance deduction | |||
Respected sir, my Aircel mobile no. is [protected]. I often recharge with rate cutter 65/- and I get promo balance 120 Local & STD Mobile Minutes. But whenever I recharge with Top UP or whenever I have main balance in my account, I got a message that I have subscribed a service and I have been charged Rs. 30/- for 10 day. When I contact the customer care executive and tell him about my problem, he tell me "Sorry sir we can not help you this time, please contact after 4 hrs." But whenever after 4 hrs or 6 hrs or even in the morning I call them, I get reply "All the customer care executive are busy because of too many call, please send HELP to 121." I am trying to contact them for 3 day. It happened so many time with me. It seems like after identifying the complainers mobile number the leave this reply message. However each time I deactivate the service even I have not activated this, but still after recharging, they definitely do like that. How people do like that with their own customer. We regret the inconvenience cause to you. We would like to inform you that the vas service has been subscribed on your number through OBD mode on 29th November 2015 at 06:23PM post double consent from your end so this is renewal charge. The charges are found correct hence no waiver is applicable for the same. The vas service has been deactivated from your number.

What do you mean by OBD mode? I have all the calls and sms record still in my cell phone. I got a call from [protected] at 10:41 AM, but I end that call in 7 second, I didn't get any call at the time you have mentioned. I have not done any mistake then how is it possible. By the way Its not the problem of getting money back. Keep the money! However all these thing are happening for money. The problem is whether customer have started any services or not. If they have subscribed any VAS then they should know that they have activated a service with own choice. But these thing are not happening here. After all the call centre department of Aircel is not helping the customers. We get reply only one thing "Sorry sir, we are unable to solve your problem this time please call after some time." Do you believe I am still trying to call them, but I get the reply "All the customer care executive are busy because of too many call, please call later, thanks for calling Aircel". I hope all many customers have known the fact that communication companies makes the special department for this type of robbery in customers account.
