[Resolved] Aircel — Automatic balance deduction | |
My aircel balance was deducted Rs 99 and i got a message saying i subscribe to GAMES club on 14/12/2015 at 8.16pm which i have no idea about it.I am really upset with your customer support, they try to bluff customers.Instead of solving the grievance, they tend to make it a very small issue and ignore the complaints. I have never subscribe any such clubs.This is not the very first time when i have been charged with these WAP services without my initiation.It's totally wrong.Inspite of TRAI Strict On Activation of VAS Without Subscriber Consent, Aircel is charging the way it wants.
Please look into the matter very seriously and refund my balance.
