Aircel — AUTOMATIC DEDUCTION OF MONEY

My mobile no is [protected]. I am sorry to inform you that there are no. of occasion, one or other service have been activated without my knowledge and money have been deducted from my account.On 3rd Apr 15 love ki dispensary, 21st Apr 15 Cricket weekly and 25 Apr 15 Live healthy have been activated. Immediately I got it deactivated. When I asked about refund of money, I was told that it can not be refunded back, it is our policy.Now my question is : a) You deduct the customer money without his consent and when it is asked to refund, you say that it is our policy that once the money is deducted, it will not be refunded back even though customer does not want particular service ? Your costumer care is so rude that on21st Apr 15 when i asked that pl refund the money back, he accused me and said that first you activate the service and then request that you refund the money. It is also said that you do any thing we will not refund the money back. Now with this complain can you refund my money back what ever have been deducted without my consent ?

As per the analysis done, checked & found you got activated
the LVHLTHY30 services through WAP, As you came back within 24
hrs wavier is applicable & One-time goodwill gesture of wavier is
given of Rs.30/- credited in your account. Informed customer
that LVHLTHY30 services are deactivated..Please be informed For any
further assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected]
from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM...
