Aircel — Automatic deduction of my balance

My name is Nagendra Singh and my mobile number is [protected]. Last day I had recharged with rs 10. And my balance was rs 9 approximately. Today on morning It was only 2. How irritating is this. Kindly do something hopeful and needful. Otherwise I am going to port my number.
