[Resolved]  Aircel — Automatic miss call alert activation

[protected] @10.26am got a SMS-balance Rs1.04 which was Rs31.04 last night & @10.30am another SMS-Miss Call Alerts have been renewed which I never requested(2nd time). Supervisor stating I activated @10.26am which is a lie or their system error. Requested for refund & cancellation were they had cancelled but no refund. Worst service provider ever.

Later, tried many times to contact customer service regarding this but couldn't connect. Don't know whether they had blocked or not. So frustrated that even representatives from customer service show attitude but not empathy towards customers concern. They have to really work in a professional way to treat their customers. I had heard the same situation from other customers as well. This is the second time happening. Gonna share this to maximum people. Please don't go for Aircel service.
This is what is received at 10.26am. CSR stating I had activated it at 10.26am but later while on call itself with CSR at 10.30am I received another text stating the Message Call Alert have been activated which I had never ever requested for.

As discussed we have verified your number and found balance depleted for MCA Service and charged Rs.30/-. Service activated through WAP on[protected] waiver posted for Rs. 30/- as one time good will gesture. And service deactivated.
