[Resolved] Aircel — Automatic Service activation and Balance deduction | |||||
Additional services have been getting activated on my father's cellphone [ [protected]] and more than Rs 500/- have been deducted till now. Spoke to customer care and deactivated service once when Rs 220/- was deducted (no refund though) and then again the same thing followed. Every time speaking to customer care is violent, the customer care representative is rude and does not files a complaint. I am sure it is not just me facing this issue.
