Aircel — bad experience | |||
Hello team, I had recharged rs 251 on 4 july 2015 and had got currency of rs 180. Later aircel deducted 148 providing internet pack on 5 july. When called up customer care she is not ready to refund the amount.She say like its a mistake from my side ... what nonsense. U people will be waiting for the customer to recharge for a high amount and once they recharge you guys deduct the money in some or the other way. This is not the first time happened to me. I am experiencing a worst service from aircel. Was this information helpful? | |||
